Hey everybody… I want to thank all of our charter members by making sure to deliver the content you want when you want it.

I will make the weekend request line a regular event so that our members always have an opportunity to get their questions answered not only via email and in the clubhouse, but with detailed video responses.

    Hello coach
i have a question, on the scouting report, we have an entry, target and exit. let say ABC current price is $100, entry $102, target $106, exit $98. my question how can I make an option trade or program one – long call or call spread- when it hits $102 to enter and 98 to exit.?
I believe it’s the same process for a bearish and bullish stock.
    thank you very much coach.

  3. Great question…..you can do what’s called a contingent order. You set up the option spread or strikes you want. Then have it placed contingent on the stock going above or below the trigger.

    Pavi,

Thanks for sharing the video link, but the trade that guy showed and the technique he used is all kinds of messed up… Don’t imitate or emulate anything you learned there. Yes he showed a contingency order, but in the worst possible way.

I can’t begin to tell you how many thing that guy did wrong or what I would consider inferior and misguided trading techniques… But I’ll list a few.

    1. He is fading the market, not waiting for signals for confirmation.
    2. He set up a contingency using a market order and a price trigger on an a thinly traded option… he is asking for a bad fill.

    3. He placed the contingency for the trade to trigger when the stock reached $21 to buy 10 $17 out of the money options with low delta and gamma. 4 strikes out of the money for a strike price below support… WOW WOW WOW

That guy is a Hack plain and simple… the website he was promoting was “options assassins” based on that video the only thing they are killing over there must be their subscribers… by giving them horrible horrible technique.
