≈ My story with the Bear Call Spread. ≈

It was August 20th, 2015 and I was only 1-month old into this trading business. Impossible to be more of a freshman than this.

On this day, I attended a webinar at Tackle Trading, a Cash Flow Club, where a guy named Steve Huang was going to present his system Theta Fade to students. I can’t exactly remember the total attendance on that show but it was something around 100 students.

It’s useless to say that the palms of my hands were dripping in sweat. No, I wasn’t going to be one of the presenters nor a panelist. I just didn’t know what Theta was, let alone the Fade part of it. The chat was on fire. I was in silence, fading into the background.

The presentation started. Steve asked the audience: who here doesn’t know what a Bear Call Spread or Bull Put Spread is?

I was praying to God to NOT make this moment happen. Apparently, I didn’t pray loud enough. One person typed in the chat:

“Me.”

At that moment I was thankful for my entire life that this situation happened in a virtual environment and I didn’t have to look at the physical face of 99 people staring at me like I was the Big Foot or something.

Steve did what good teachers do: he explained to me what a Credit Spread was. It took me a few days to completely figure it out but eventually, I did. Months later, both Bear Call and Bull Put spread became the cornerstone of my Highrise System.

Tonight’s Cash Flow Club will be entirely dedicated to the Bear Call Spread from the new Tackle Trading Playbook. For Pro members only.

The Bear Call Spread

The Bear Call Spread

The Bear Call Spread is the Naked Call for smart traders. Instead of stepping into a bearish trade with unlimited risk—the Naked Call—you buy a higher OTM call in the same expiration date, forming a Bear Call Spread. Now you have a high-probability, limited risk cash flow strategy.

Learn everything about this strategy in tonight’s Cash Flow Club.

What is a Bear Call Spread

A bear call spread, or a bear call credit spread, is a type of options strategy used when an options trader expects a decline in the price of the underlying asset.
