We have no shortage of catalysts in the market this week. There are over a dozen Fed speakers including Powell, the kickoff to earnings this week with Netflix and Tesla reporting, events unfolding in the war, and a handful of economic reports including retail sales. While there is no single event such as a Fed meeting or an unemployment report, there are dozens and dozens of singular events that can trigger algo reactions.

There are a lot of interesting pattern developments occurring in the market right now. While market commentators debate what each of these events mean, the collective thoughts of the market will manifest themselves on charts. During volatile times, during times of uncertainty, when interesting patterns start to develop you should pay attention. As a trader when those interesting charts trigger an actionable signal you should probably act.

There are interesting chart setups right now. This is one of those stretches you do not want to go fishing! We will continue to point out the technical development across multiple asset classes on the Halftime Report and will not be shy when we think something looks attractive from a trading point of view.
