≈ I get by with a little help from my friends. ≈
In 2016 I left Brazil together with my wife and my 1½ y.o. daughter. We decided to settle down in Italy, the land of my forefathers. It was not an easy move, by any stretch of the imagination. I left everything and everyone behind, with a specific goal in mind: to give my girls a decent life.
The feeling of displacement haunted me like a ghost for weeks after we arrived. We were lucky that our first neighbor was a pizza place with free wi-fi connection. Too bad they had to shut down the connection at 8 PM. I had to gain some pounds just to use their connection. Fair enough.
We were lucky a second time when the guy who helped us move into the apartment handed me a portable modem with a crappy internet connection. I was instantly taken to the dial-up connection from the 90’s with that portable device. Nostalgic.
There was this sunny day when we took our daughter to play in a small park near us and while playing for the 1000th time with the little one on the swing/merry-go-round/God-knows-where else, I got an email notification on my cell phone:
FROM: TIM JUSTICE
– “Honey, can you take care of the kid just a moment, I got an email.”
In short, Tim asked me two things: (1) How was Italy treating me so far, and (2) if I wanted to be a part of the team that was going to beta test the course “Cash Flow Condors” they were about to release.
The rest of the story became legend. Legend became myth.
Two years later, here I am involved in the project again. The course is great, the system is great, Coach Tyler is great, and traders are profiting from it. We must never underestimate the importance of having a great system and a great team to support us.
