Using confirmation to trade is something that is very important for any trader. When a stock is developing, you can identify a general area that is tradeable, but you must wait for the confirmation candlestick before you actually make your trade.

Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) was a candidate from this weeks Options Report. The bullish retracement was setup well to qualify the stock to be added to the Bullish Watch List. But, the candlestick dropped on Monday, which would allow a trader to update the trigger entry price to a new level based on their trading system. Entry points are very important, and as the candles develop day by day, you should adjust your prices that you’re willing to pull the trigger on.
