≈ Have you built your rules? ≈
Traders,
Trading successfully requires rules. Here are some basics:
- Trade with the trend
- Always have a stop-loss
- Follow your position sizing guidelines
- Never trade without doing your own research
- Be aware of upcoming earnings and market announcements
- Review your positions daily
Have you built your trading rules yet? If not, it’s important to do so. Some people call this a trading plan, or a portfolio design. Whatever you call it, it’s very important to build a set of trading rules and follow them. In any market condition, it’s important to remove emotion from your decision making and follow your trading plan.
Plan your trade and trade your plan.
