« Right around the corner. »
Earnings season is upon us. There are two major types of news events:
- Unknown News Events – Events that are unanticipated and essentially come out of the blue.
- Known News Events – Events that occur at an expected time and date.
While the trade war in 2018 and 2019 has certainly provided several unknown events, earnings season falls into the known event category as we know exactly when they will occur. Earnings season often is where many new and undisciplined traders make their biggest mistakes of the quarter.
We naturally do not want members of our Tackle Trading community to be making these mistakes so we will have an extra emphasis in our morning, halftime & nightly shows going over earnings news, strategies and general principles on how to approach this important time of the investing year.
Earnings does not have to be a scary time of the year. Join us this week as we tackle this earnings season!
