“Pork is an incredibly versatile meat. They say the only part you can’t eat is the oink.”
Chef Gordon Ramsay —
When you are the single person who can cook in a family of three, you gotta get creative at least twice a day: lunch and dinner. Inescapable fate, I suppose.
Cooking twice a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, withers creativity at an alarming pace turning omelets into a lifeline. However, this is Sparta and the ball can’t be dropped.
That is why food channels are so important. I’ve been following Gordon Ramsay’s for quite some time now just to get some ideas. Not that nonsense of him yelling at people’s face in the so-called “reality” shows but his home cooking videos, where you can witness the zen part of the British chef.
I gotta admit that Gordon’s quote about the versatility of pork meat instantly reminded me of the versatility of options.
From a simple call/put | buy/sell combination emerges a plethora of strategies for every trading purpose under the sun. If you follow Tackle Trading you already noticed how much emphasis we put into options trading. Options are an incredibly versatile vehicle. They say the only part you can’t trade is the oink.

Reasons to sell
“The fact that bad news travels ten times faster than good news is what separates investors from market returns. You would think that keeping up with the market is as simple as buying an index fund and leaving it alone. And it is that simple, but it isn’t that easy, because bad news smashes your face against an amplifier, while good news just plays quietly in the background.”
