It has been a fascinating technical battle in the markets the last few weeks as battle for control has been raging between the bulls and the bears. It has been quite orderly from a moving average perspective in the sense that support levels have been holding (rising 20-weekly) and resistance levels have also been holding (falling 20-daily). In the midst of this there has been some pretty wild intraday action all week long!

I am very interested in getting my brother Matt’s take on the technical situation in the Halftime Report today. Matt is an amazing technician and have had some fantastic technical calls at key turning points over the last couple of years. He knows how to read a chart, is methodical in his analysis and we are lucky to have him leading the community.
