Scary chart for Halloween, Market looks like 1929 setup for a Crash!

I found this picture that shows the market in 1928 to 1929 when it had setup for the first biggest bear market crash in history.

Well look at how much in common todays market resembles it.

Astonishing that history repeats itself,  What could be the catalyst? Rates going back up? another bank failure? who knows what could trigger it?

Scary if you do not know how to capitalize on the bear signals and aren’t ready for a big bear market.

  1. Pete Visser says:

This chart appears to stop sometime in February, 2014. What’s happened since then in the present is nothing like 1928 (yet). The Dow has gone on to set a new all time high since then. Obviously, at some point, there will be a big correction. Maybe tomorrow.

It would be interesting to see the current situation 8 months later graphed and compared to 1929!
