November was quite a month for multiple asset classes and while December is starting off a little choppy for equities that is not the case for Treasury Bonds which are picking up where the left off in November and continuing to rally strong.

After the parabolic run up in yields over the summer a combination of Fed speak and economic data put the top in yields. The move down in yields has been quite dramatic and set the stage for the rally multiple asset classes have enjoyed in recent weeks. As yields fall, bonds rise and that is paring is continuing today after very soft economic JOLTs jobs data.

TLT and Treasury ETFs are a tad overextended like many things in the market right now not providing ideal entries. However, adding these instruments to your Watchlist and your trading routine can provide lots of opportunities in the coming years and worth the time to dive into. Chart of the Day: TLT

TLT is attempting to fill a very large moving average pocket between the 50 and 200 on the daily chart. The run in yields over the summer created a massive selloff in treasuries and some very large moving average pockets to fill.
