Trading and Training?

Yup, you read it right…trading and training! I thought this week it would unique to help out the community in a different way than what most of you are probably expecting for the typical Friday feature that we do every week. I know there’s a good portion of members in the community like myself, who has had their routine turned upside down from the physical fitness side of things thrown off and not having access to the gym can make being active even more difficult than what it probably already was prior to the gym being open right? I know it’s true because even for me, who has dumbbells, a pull up bar and squat rack, it’s even hard for me to get going, but that’s when having discipline kicks in. I was reading this article by Mark Wahlberg in Entrepreneur magazine and he said the difference that separates him from most people is having the discipline to do the things you don’t want to do every single day. When I read that, I immediately thought about how true that is it exercising. The individuals we all know in the gym who standout from the rest of the crowd who just seems like they just get it, have that same mindset. Doing the things they really don’t to do but understand there’s a certain way they want to look and feel. If you take a step back and think for a second, it’s the same situation in trading. Organizing a trading plan, setting up a stop loss, putting together a trading journal is not something most people really don’t want to do and I know I didn’t when I first began, but with time you understand how pivotal it is to your success for consistency in your trading.

Okay with all that said, let me get straight to the point here. For those of you who have weights or don’t at all, I thought I’d hand over a few workouts to stimulate some form of a routine that you can do instead of aiming wanderless lacking a structured routine without any guidance. In times like this, people need more help than ever on a regular basis. Everything I put together is something I have programmed for other clients of mine that have been very affective for a lot of them that I currently work with online now during this time. Most of these exercises are very standard and rely on the basics of exercising that I still rely on to this day such as push-ups, pull ups, squats, lunges, core exercises that only consist of your bodyweight and more for those of you who don’t have any equipment at all. Now for those of you who do, even if you only have dumbbells between 10-50lbs, you’re all set! The more you have, the more creative you can get. For what I’ve programmed, it consists of four days out of the week that you can use for a four-week basis. Don’t worry ladies, this isn’t only for men who are inspired to look like Marky Mark. Believe it or not, over half of my clientele consist of females and are probably my most motivated clients I work with. I hope you enjoy the workouts, I know that not all of them will be suitable for everyone since I do not know everyone’s level of physical fitness, but for those of you that can make it work, I’m confident it can help jumpstart getting you back in shape once gym facilities begin to re-open and for some of these exercises you may not know just by reading them, if you simply YouTube the exercises you are unfamiliar with, you’ll quickly find what you need. The best part of my day is working out in the morning to get mind right then jump on my laptop to get trading going for the day. Hopefully I can provide a new routine that you can get you used to moving forward!
